The gumline was uneven. Her upper teeth were square, bulky-looking, had turned yellow, and were worn down flat. The lower teeth were tilted to the right and were crooked. The silver fillings that were decayed had turned her teeth black. She also has a deep overbite, not visible in this photo.
The gumline is even. All of the silver-mercury fillings are gone and have been replaced with healthy biologically-compatible porcelain restorations. She has a youthful bite and looks younger because of the softer, more feminine shapes of her teeth and the whiter shade that she personally picked. Her lower teeth look perfectly straight.
